As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), you demonstrate your knowledge, your skills and experience in project management. When filling the position of a project manager, often a PMP is prefered. Worldwide there are already more than 400,000 certified PMPs. And their number is increasing fast.

Prior to certification, there is a challenging exam with 200 multiple-choice questions for which you have four hours of time. And you need to be well-prepared to pass it.

This seminar will prepare you thoroughly for the exam. You will know the PMI ® project management model and will understand the importance of the 5 process groups, the 9 knowledge areas and all its processes. And you will learn how you can answer test questions that are beyond the scope of the PMBOK - the standard for project management of the PMI.

The seminar includes numerous exercises and 200 sample test questions.

This seminar includes exercises for each topic as well as sample test questions for each Knowledge Area.

 

Objectives

The aim of the seminar is to prepare participants for the PMP exam. It is recommended to deepen the material by self-study before taking the exam.

 

Target Group

Project Manager with at least three years experience in project management.

 

Requirements

The following requirements have to be fulfilled before applying for the certification:

1.    Project management experience

  • If you hold a bachelor degree or global equivalent: 36 months / 4500 hours of experience
  • If you hold a high school diploma or equivalent global: 60 months / 7500 hours of experience

2.    35 hours participation in project management training. This requirement is met by participating in this seminar.
